If you’re a founder in the startup space and looking to raise capital, then landing a spot at the Valhalla Angel’s Forum is the ideal place for you. The forum provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to pitch their business ideas to accredited angel investors.
Deal Screen Process
We ask that all entrepreneurs fill out our Deal Screening Application through Dealum so we can see a full picture of your company. In filling out the application you will be setting up a deal room for your company to keep track of all communication between you and Valhalla Private Capital.
How it works
Submit your application
The application is the first step to allow our team to review your information. You will need to provide your financial overview, pitch deck, and a fact sheet to fill out the entire application. Once complete, a member from our deal screening team will reach out to discuss next steps
Pitch to our deal screening committee
If you are selected to proceed, you will be scheduled for a ~ 25 minute meeting with our full Deal Screening committee where you will pitch for 10 minutes and then participate in a 10 minute Q&A
Select when and where to pitch
If our committee selects you to pitch at our forums then you have the option to pitch in person or virtually to our 5 chapters.
